The accident today in Oswego countyJoseph Kanaley, 64, of Martville, was driving a 1995 GMC south on county Route 34. Another unfortunate car/bus accident occurred yesterday in Auburn when a teenager apparently pulled out in front a bus causing a collision that killed one of his passengers. This is just another example of a rash of accidents involving teenagers and involving deaths. It does not appear that there is any answer to the issue as raising the driving age would not solve the problem as in my opinion...
