I would ask drivers to slow down in these populated areas and keep a lookout for those crossing the...

Two terrible crashes on interstates involving local connections highlight the hazards of late night driving, especially for big vehicles. A crash involving 2 trucks killed a liverpool man and a tour bus crash involving airline passengers were both involved in horrible accidents and late night driving. Driving is dangerous more so when they involve big vehicles. Be careful if you travel at night....

Once again last night five teenagers died in a car accident near Rochester. Apparently, the driver overcorrected after a passing maneuver and went into the lane of a tractor trailer. However the case remains under investigation. We have had numerous tragedies involving high school students in the past few months. I am not that far removed to remember what it was like being a teen and the risks...

We have to be extremely careful when travelling in busy parking lots as pedestrians are constantly crossing and children can dart out from parked vehicles. All we have heard the last few years from the administration as well as other social conservatives is that personal injury attorneys are evil and causing unrealistic insurance premiums. These arguments are unsupported by the research however that issue is for another article. Rather, it has become apparent that the preaching only applies to those other than the preachers. Recently, Robert...

Anyone that has driven a motorcycle knows that ideally we do not want to be out in inclement weather. The wet roads typically become slick and thus dangerous. Last night an unfortunate cyclist was out in the bad weather and hit a curve too quickly. He was not discovered on the roadway until eight hours later and apparently suffered serious spinal injuries. As indicated by the report:Madison...
