Another unfortunate car/bus accident occurred yesterday in Auburn when a teenager apparently pulled out in front a bus causing a collision that killed one of his passengers. This is just another example of a rash of accidents involving teenagers and involving deaths. It does not appear that there is any answer to the issue as raising the driving age would not solve the problem as in my opinion the issue is experience not age.

The family is now left with a myriad of legal issues including death benefits, funeral expenses as well as a claim for pain and suffering. Although these issues are the furthest things from there minds, as they should be, the claims have strict time constraints and thus must be addressed.
