As it is summer more people are walking the streets thus as drivers we must slow down and watch for these pedestrians particularly in populated areas. Kids are out of school and likewise in the streets. Recently, a pedestrian was struck near Crouse Hospital and sustained serious injuries. I would ask drivers to slow down in these populated areas and keep a lookout for those crossing the street.
