Woman Dies in Highway Car Accident

A 28-year-old woman is dead after her car hit a divider in lower Manhattan.

The car accident happened around 7:00am at the corner of West Street and Canal Street on the city's West Side.

Pamela Hernandez Milton of Pennsylvania, the driver of the 1995 Mazda, was transported to a hospital nearby where she was pronounced dead.
