As The weather worsens construction site become more dangerous. Ice ,water,mud, and snow can make work difficult. The owner of a work site must take reasonable precautions to make a job safe. If a dangerous condition exists make a record of your concerns. If you get hurt document the conditions and the cause of your fall. New York Law gives special protections to those hurt on a construction project. Even with the special protection it can be very difficult to bring a claim without proper proof.
